You are legally obligated to pay the seller at the price you accepted. If you don't pay the seller, you may get request payment from Dealerdice and may receive Non-Paying Buyer Rating from seller to limit trading/buying/selling power or your account might get supspended at Dealerdice. You are not entitled to a refund of your Final Value Fee or transaction fee.

If buyer doesn't pay, try to contact the buyer via email to find out regarding the status of your payment. If buyer still doesn't repond your email, you can file a complaint to Dealerdice in contact us page. Keep in mind that Dealerdice is only a venue and is not responsible for handling of goods or services and payment of goods or services. If you can't resolve the problem, you may request a credit after the 21 days after the closed transaction. You may be entitled to a refund of your Final Value Fee or transaction fee. After transaction gets completed, trashbank will send you the email regarding your transaction. It then becomes the responsibility of both parties to complete the transaction by arranging the payment and the shipping.

You can only send feedback/rating when the transaction gets completed. There are 4 sections where you can send feedback/rating to trader/buyer/seller. (Apporoved Trade Offer, Apporoved Cash Offer, Item Bought, Item Sold) You are limited to sending only one feedback/rating per transaction.
